Earl Garrison

As Chairman, Managing Member and partner in New America Development LLC Earl Garrison brings nearly 20+ years of his professional financial experience, work ethic and leadership to supervise and direct all of the projects developments in Africa Delta Power in Nigeria.

His experience as a CFO and CPA, President and Vice Chairman of a financial institution in the USA, bringing projects in on time and within budgets by financial controls of his implementation is profound and recognized alongside his excellent corporate planning skills in ongoing development needs for multinational corporations such as Exxon Mobil USA. Yet again he is to replicate his success where he leads a professional team under his tutelage to address the complexity of business activity in the development of power generation in Nigeria through African Delta Power.

His role as Chairman in Africa Delta Power includes leadership of the company and the board for compliance efforts supporting all regulatory mandates, development and consortium building of a 735MW world class power project. Earl Garrison has a Bachelors and Masters degree in Business Administration.
